Take down a name or photo from a club website
If a club website we host shows you or your child and you'd like it removed, email hello@143meridian.com.au with the website address and what you'd like removed. You don't need to give a reason. We take it down from public view within two business days and let the club know. You can also contact the club directly.
Delete the information we hold about you
Email hello@143meridian.com.au with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address the request is about if you can. Tell us whether you'd like everything deleted or only some of it. We'll:
- confirm we've received your request within 5 business days
- delete your information from our systems and our service providers' systems within 30 days
- let you know when it's done
We may need to keep a small amount, such as invoices we must keep for tax, or a note that you've asked us not to contact you so that we don't. If so, we'll tell you what and why.
Remove a preview of your club's site
Use Not interested? Remove this preview at the top of any preview. It comes down for everyone straight away and its files are deleted, and you can choose to tell us not to contact your club again. Otherwise previews expire after 30 days. You can also email hello@143meridian.com.au with the preview's address.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
If your club has connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to its website (coming soon), you can disconnect it at any time:
- In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- Find 143 Meridian and choose Remove.
When a connection is removed, we stop collecting posts straight away, delete our access to the account, and delete the posts and photos we copied from it within 30 days. The club's site goes back to updates by email. You can also email hello@143meridian.com.au and we'll do it for you.
